Hello everyone! Welcome to my daily column! I hope that you had a great day! I felt much better today physically, but mentally not so great. My mind wouldn’t stop focusing on what could go wrong. You see, I felt as though losing my job after Christmas was a divine intervention, but I have yet to get a sign. . . As time is closing in I am realizing that I may have to make a choice seemingly on my own. That is extremely scary for someone like me that spent most of my adult life as an atheist making decisions on my own, only to get hurt. Tonight I prayed hard for a sign tomorrow. I will let it at that, but I do appreciate prayers.
Every morning I read my daily readings, check reference 1 if you are interested in what books! I like to look for a thought that stands out, today the morning message seemed to be saying PATIENCE.
Let my Lord, I pray thee, pass over before his servant: and I will lead on softly, according as the cattle that goeth before me and the children be able to endure, until I come unto my Lord unto Seir.Genesis 33:14 KJV
After stressing all day, trying every resource I could to reduce my mind’s whispers, and even seeking Godly counsel, nothing seemed to work! Those days when you could spend the day being depressed or keep trying to chase your dreams. After a long day’s work, thankfully I had church. While I was running late, I walked in just at the right time it felt! They had just started playing a song, which I didn’t notice until I put my head down to pray! My mind was too busy even then! The sound amplified suddenly, how divine! It was the same song I gained a revelation from back in November of 2020! On that day, I was stressed all day as well, it was a Sunday at a different church. The revelation was, no matter how big the issue, God is greater. Here is the song!
When I returned home I remembered a Facebook Live I did that evening in 2020 on OurDayDream! I posted it for you below!
While writing this I thought about my journal where I jot down notes each time I have church. Why not look back on that too? Here is my journal log from 11/29/2020 at 3C’s Church.
You are not alone!
ACCEPT that we do not always need to learn or understand what God is saying. We don’t always have to figure it out. Accept the discipline and have patience.
While waiting: have patience, simply do good works, and follow your instincts with God’s faithfulness in mind.
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.James 1:2-4 KJV
If your patience is being tested, let’s rejoice together. God has a great plan for our lives! Soon we will see the fruits! Let’s keep our eyes focused on our great and mighty God that has a perfect will for our lives! My pastor had an excellent ministry tonight I thought it to be a suitable share! Check it out!
I wish you all a beautiful day tomorrow! I hope you will be praising the Lord with me. Blessings to you my friends!
