If You Hate Your World, Love Yourself More

Reference #20 Love Yourself More

Hello everyone! Welcome to my daily column! I hope that you had an awesome day! I still wasn’t feeling the best, but my spirit was high! Today, I came across a Facebook Post from a couple of years ago, it seems to tie in with what I have been talking for the past week. I really appreciated the reminder; I hope that you enjoy it!

Love Yourself More

Loving yourself as God loves you is the antidote to human suffering. A kind person gets repetitive heartache because they hadn’t fully taken the time they needed to connect with their soul. Once you connect with your soul you need not the world to grant you happiness, or peace for that matter. Rather than being tossed around by circumstance, you are steadfast in love.

If you see the world as anything dreary, you must fact-check how you view yourself. Take time to do the things that bring your heart joy. Take the time for stillness. Take the time to look at all that is good in you. Take the time to appreciate the journey that built the wonderful human you are today. Take the time to love yourself, deeply. Then give that love away without any expectation of receipt.

Selfless love always multiplies. But selfish love always disappoints. When you learn to love yourself properly and give that love away freely you will have no reason to complain of lack, but all the more reason to inspire the things you once complained about.

To complain is to put yourself in a position of being a victim, but you have made it this far and are victorious! See that you possess the very thing that hurts you. Lose the pain by not having a sense of urgency for anything in this world, but an appreciation of everything you gain. Today you have the choice to live in the very hell you claim is out of your control.

Love Yourself More

Perhaps it could be your inner child that just needs tender love and care. It never hurts to try something new, the worst thing that could happen is nothing and you will remain where you are. I wish you all a beautiful day tomorrow! You are blessed, don’t forget it!
