Reference #27 Conquer The Giant

Hello everyone! Welcome to my daily column! I hope that you had an awesome day! My day was pretty great! I hope you enjoy tonight’s column.

God Warns Us About Satan

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Luke 6:35 KJV

God speaks much in the bible about the necessity of being kind to everyone. Why is that? Apostle Paul said, there is not one good among us, not one. He also said, there is a war in the mind that fights against our faith. Satan works on our minds. God provided us with understanding through the Bible as to how our mind works against us. Although, if we abide by the same love for ourselves and others by faith that was provided to us in the Bible, we will have the ability to position ourselves on the straight and narrow path. I love Marcell Johnson‘s ministry I watched today where he speaks about God’s desire for us, it was powerful!

Conquer The Giant

An evil man seeketh only rebellion: Therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

Proverbs 17:11 KJV

Many proclaim themselves holy because they believe in God, and blame satan for their attacks. I want to defy that logic, there could be a deeper reason. I love how Marcell spoke about God wanting to express himself on earth through you. For God to do that we need to understand that when we are disrespecting ourselves, we are disrespecting his design. Imagine you created the world, and your children complained, would you see your children without blemish, or would you want to give them respect for it? Just the same, when someone attacks me it makes me reflect on my self-image. Let me provoke a couple of thoughts, bear with me!

Could it be your self-image that you fight with, that you don’t see how God made you? Could it be that you are insecure, that you don’t know the strength God placed inside of you? Could it be fear, that you are not trusting in God? Could it be sadness, that you are not giving the wrath unto God? Could it be unforgiveness, that you are carrying someone else’s weight?

Perhaps we miss the whole transformative effort that God aligned by blaming man or satan for attacking us. If we instead take responsibility for what we are manifesting with our thoughts and words of ourselves and the world, we will see a whole new world. God says he wishes to prosper you, not to harm you. This tells me that even harm has a silver lining.

God provided us with important knowledge in the bible because he would rather us receive prosperity instead of setting ourselves up for failure. God doesn’t like to discipline us or correct us, but he wants us to receive the gifts that were packed away just for us. He loves us and will do what he has to do to place us in line with his divine pleasantries. God says I am doing a new thing in your life, it’s high time you gain humility and take the reproach to conquer the giant once and for all.

Instead of blaming satan, in turn, being bound to cause and effect, reflect on how God is growing you to prosper you. I wish you all a beautiful day tomorrow! You are blessed, don’t forget it!
