But was I chosen, to simply live? Or, was I meant for something more?
Every obstacle in your path to success is only preparing you for what you are working so hard for, appreciate the journey.
You have God walking with you, waiting for you to relinquish the weight so that he can move the mountain, that you will drink from his water to be sure that you shall never want again but instead be satisfied.
When we observe life from God’s eyes we gain a new perspective.
Loving through hate isn’t a weakness, it’s a strength, hate may not deserve their love but they will do it anyway. See them as they are, they are heroes.
At the end of the day will God say job well done?
God is teaching us patience in our preparation to receive.
When I can smile through something that would typically send my anxiety through the roof, I know that I have found a new freedom and understanding.
When you are brought to the breaking point, you are brought to the point that you are tired of keeping what broke you.
It takes more strength to walk away than it does to get involved in ugliness and pain.
Each hardship is preparing you for the next chapter, as each victory shows you that you will overcome each hardship, all things that are worth appreciating.
What is the alternative to believing that we are perfectly placed?
All that matters is that today there was a lesson that made you a better human being.
Compassion is your greatest tool for relinquishing the actions of others, to stay in a place of peace and purity.
If you find that you keep landing yourself in unsuitable relations, maybe it’s time to change your pursuit.
We have no reason to doubt because we know that God is making a way.
Even if we chalk our demise up as strength and perseverance, we can use our pain to inspire strength and perseverance in others.
When we spend time walking with random steps in an unknown pursuit, we neglect to see that it all served a purpose that was yet to manifest.
Thank you father for providing for us, the same as you do the birds that fly with the freedom that only you can provide.
For the woman to prosper, she must know that everything is ok and her love was enough to provide the power that God intended.
Don’t allow the worst to manifest, but trust that the best is still to come.
Allow love to be who you are, a power within that can conquer all things.
Though we may fall short, God knew it before you did, you are loved regardless.
There will be something imperative to learn from all of your circumstances, which are built on momentary reactions.
But it’s what you have on the inside, that which is only felt by others that’s eternal.
Do you appreciate all that you have, or are you complaining about everything that doesn’t suit you?
This blog is dedicated in the loving memory of a precious friend of mine, Brandon Rowland. These words were my first words of many beautiful conversations with Brandon! R.I.P angel of the most high.
Your life was predestined. You were born with a mission of balancing your characteristics. You were born with suffering attached to your life to give you purpose, pursuit, courage, and character. You were predestined to find peace in the sorrows and radical joy in the gifts bestowed. What is your purpose? Are you truly embracing the gifts?
The question is, does it help to focus on your problems? Because when you focus on a problem, are you going to see progress? But if it is that you are focused on progress, how then would you define the problem? Choose your focus wisely because it defines your movements.

When we stop making distinctions, and we begin picking apart our surroundings with the conclusion that all things needed to take place, this is where we find enlightenment.
We all know that we have to make a change if we want a change. But how often do we bypass the responsibility of our own demise, rather than blame the external? When we truly understand that we are the only ones responsible for our thinking and productivity, we will begin the journey of change.
Ride the wave, don’t fight against the current.
The only way that you can be let down is if you expect that things will happen as you see fit. Though this world doesn’t abide by your time, so to expect to receive anything is setting yourself up for demise. If you have… Continue Reading “If You Have Expectations, You Have Been Blessed….”
